Shipping Information

At IvySky Creationz, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process and ship your items, although we often ship sooner. We use USPS (U.S. Postal Service) for all shipments, operating from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Within the USA: Your package should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • For E-check Payments: Orders paid by e-check through PayPal will ship after the payment has been processed and cleared.

Tracking Information:

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, first check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us by email for further assistance.

Shipment Issues:

Once your order is shipped and you have received a tracking number, please address any shipping concerns with the U.S. Postal Service. Visit usps.com or call (800) 275-8777 for help. If your package is marked "DELIVERED" but you have not received it, we advise contacting your local post office for resolution. IvySky Creationz cannot address delivery issues once the package is in the hands of USPS.

All our products are made to order, ensuring each item is unique, including variations such as bleach patterns. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us via email. We are committed to resolving any concerns to your satisfaction.

Return Policy

Given the handmade nature of our items, refunds are not available. Each product is crafted with precision and care, rendering each piece distinct. In specific instances, exchanges may be considered. We thank you for your understanding and support of our craft.
